Upstate United Applauds Formation of Bipartisan Upstate Legislative Caucus

The following statement is attributable to Zach Sampson, spokesperson for Upstate United

It’s taken far too long, but it’s encouraging to finally see a bipartisan group of Upstate legislators join together and stand up for their constituents. We encourage all of our Upstate legislators to join the caucus and we formally request the leadership of the Senate and Assembly officially recognize and support this effort.

As our organization has said for years, what works in Brooklyn doesn’t necessarily work in Buffalo. To restore Upstate communities and renew hopes for a better future, we must advance pro-growth measures that will revive our economy.
