Upstate United: Reliability Need Declaration Should Raise Alarm Bells

“This reliability need declaration should raise alarm bells for all New Yorkers. It is time for policymakers to take a serious look at the CLCPA’s aggressive timeline and consider the importance of reliability. New York City and New York’s economy and people cannot afford blackouts.”
